LATAM Real Estate Site Leader and Project Management (Data Center)

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day data center site operations, facility governance, asset management, safety, compliance, and service delivery.
• Manage operating expenses, capital planning inputs, financial performance, and cost-optimization initiatives.
• Govern third-party service providers, negotiate contracts, and maintain supplier performance and compliance.
• Deliver facility and real estate projects, including building openings, closures, expansions, consolidations, and refurbishments.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, customers, suppliers, and external communities across facility initiatives.
• Implement global standards, risk controls, continuous improvement, sustainability, and operational excellence practices.

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing data center facilities, critical infrastructure, and complex site operations.
• Experience with facility management, real estate and construction governance, vendor management, budgeting, risk management, and project delivery.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence stakeholders, and coordinate diverse teams and service providers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English, written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain safe, highly available, compliant, and operationally effective facility environments.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CDCP, DCDA, EPRO, BCM, OPRO, PMP, or PRINCE2.
• Experience in sustainability, business continuity, data center operations, or facilities management certification programs.
