Project Associate (Clinical Research)

Location: Hybrid, office-based in Mexico City three days per week

What you will do

• Organize project team and client meetings, including scheduling, agendas, meeting materials, binders, and minutes.
• Maintain study information, organizational charts, team calendars, and project-specific documentation.
• Manage internal and client project reporting, including project status, financial tracking, system updates, and queries.
• Support the project manager with status and financial information.
• Prepare and maintain study files and track document status in the electronic trial master file.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in business, finance, health sciences, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant executive support and administrative experience.
• Proficiency with computerized information systems and standard application software, including MS Office.
• Strong skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, including maintaining Excel trackers and building PowerPoint slides.
• Experience taking meeting minutes and facilitating or scheduling MS Teams meetings is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in a contract research organisation, pharmaceutical company, or clinical research.
