PPC Growth Marketing Manager

What you will do

• Build, edit, and optimize Google Ads and Google Ads Editor campaigns, including keywords, negative keywords, budgets, bids, and account diagnostics.
• Write and test responsive search ad copy, assets, and AI-assisted variants while maintaining brand voice and healthcare advertising compliance.
• Build and edit landing pages in the CMS and run structured A/B tests based on clear hypotheses, sample sizes, and success metrics.
• Analyze PPC and landing-page performance using CAC, LTV, payback, Looker, Amplitude, and related tools.
• Automate repetitive reporting and share findings with the PPC Lead, Head of Growth, and wider growth team.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of performance or growth marketing experience with hands-on Google Ads experience.
• Confidence working directly in Google Ads and Google Ads Editor and making well-reasoned campaign changes.
• Strong ad copywriting skills and experience testing ad copy or landing pages.
• Working knowledge of statistical significance and structured experimentation.
• Experience building and editing pages in a CMS, with a strong analytical foundation.
• Comfort working in a regulated or compliance-aware environment and using AI tools for automation.
