Company Nurse Urology

Location: South East England, covering Canterbury, Folkestone, and Eastbourne; clinic and patient home visits are required.

Salary: £42,000–£52,000 base salary per year, depending on experience and other legitimate business factors.

What you will do

• Deliver specialist urology, continence, and catheter care to patients and relatives.
• Perform Trial Without Catheter and intermittent self-catheterisation procedures in community clinics, acute hospital clinics, and patients’ homes.
• Assess, treat, and review adults with continence needs, urology conditions, and bladder or catheter complications.
• Manage community referrals and collaborate with GPs, community nurses, ward managers, and other clinical departments.
• Teach and support nursing staff, non-nursing staff, carers, and patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records, support new product introduction, and contribute to clinical research programmes.

Requirements

• Qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN).
• Proven experience in urology or continence care.
• Valid driving ability is essential because patient home visits are required.
• Knowledge of a research-based, holistic approach to patient care.
• Evidence of recent post-registration training and professional development.
• Ability to work across clinics and community patient locations in South East England.

Nice to have

• Recognised qualification in urology or continence care.
• Community or district nursing experience.
