Community Coordinator (Hospitality)

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver NextGen and Student programming and events.
• Build relationships with students, NextGen participants, and local community groups.
• Welcome, onboard, and activate new students and NextGen members throughout their journey.
• Create activities that encourage people to connect, stay, and return.
• Track attendance, feedback, and engagement, and share insights with the Connector.
• Coordinate with the wider hub team and support day-to-day community programme delivery.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in community building, events, programming, or a similar people-focused role.
• Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, hands-on approach with the ability to manage practical event details and multiple moving parts.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the Connector and wider hub team.
• Comfort with administration, data, and reporting.
• Fluent English and the local language required.
