Community & Partnerships Manager (Fintech): Building Yonder’s Amsterdam member community and local hospitality partnerships with an accent on events, venue relationships, member activations, and commercial collaborations. Focus on launching community activity end-to-end, converting local relationships into member value, and using performance evidence to improve acquisition and engagement.

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid role with at least three mornings per week in the city-centre office and regular in-person work with partners, members and communities.

Salary: €3,800–€4,500 gross per month, plus 8% holiday allowance; 12-month fixed-term contract.

What you will do

  • Plan and run prospective-member sessions, member events and partner gatherings from invitations through follow-up.
  • Identify, assess and develop relationships with Amsterdam restaurants, bars, hospitality groups and local brands.
  • Agree member benefits, activations, referral flows and other straightforward collaborations.
  • Own the community calendar, partner pipeline, outreach, logistics and event delivery.
  • Measure member value, acquisition, usage and learning to improve future activity.
  • Work with the Netherlands Market Lead and UK Partnerships team, sharing local market feedback.

Requirements

  • Approximately 3–5 years of hands-on experience in an externally facing role connected to Amsterdam’s hospitality scene.
  • Experience managing recurring community or partnership activity from initial conversation through delivery and follow-up.
  • Strong knowledge of Amsterdam’s hospitality and community ecosystem, with relevant local relationships.
  • Resourcefulness, organisation, reliability and sound commercial judgement.
  • Professional Dutch required for local relationships; fluent English required for collaboration with the wider team.
  • Ability to work in person in Amsterdam, including at least three office mornings per week and occasional evening or weekend commitments.

Nice to have

  • Experience in brand representation, on-trade sales, hospitality operations, activations, community or partnerships.
  • Existing relationships with Amsterdam venues, operators or communities.
