Senior AI Software Engineer (Deployment Technology)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid work with at least 50% of each quarter spent in the office or in the field

Salary: €91,300–€136,900 gross annual base salary

What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered features that automate repetitive hirify.global implementation tasks and guide complex configuration.
• Integrate AI and machine learning models, including LLM-based capabilities, from prototype through production.
• Build and maintain infrastructure, pipelines, and monitoring for reliable AI systems at scale.
• Collaborate with Product Management, data science, platform engineering, implementation teams, partners, and enablement.
• Improve the performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency of deployed AI capabilities.
• Help establish engineering standards and best practices for a new AI engineering discipline.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Expert proficiency in Python.
• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, and LangSmith.
• Proficiency in at least one statically typed language such as Java, Scala, Rust, or C++.
• Hands-on experience building applications with large language models and implementing agentic design patterns.
• Experience deploying applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure and architecting complex event-driven systems.

• Experience working in fast-paced, agile, cross-functional environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex problems into clear solutions.
• Interest in applied AI and contributing to a new engineering discipline.
