Manager of Cloud Solutions Architect - Data Infrastructure Insights

Location: United States-based; San Jose, California, or Morrisville, North Carolina. Hybrid work with in-office and in-person expectations; travel is required as needed for customer engagements and field collaboration.

Salary: USD 287,300–371,800 OTE annually, including potential commission.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a technical pre-sales team focused on customer success and business impact.
• Guide strategic customers through infrastructure modernization, observability, data services, operational efficiency, and resilience initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Professional Services, account teams, and technology partners to expand Data Infrastructure Insights and hirify.global Data Services adoption.
• Oversee team priorities, opportunity hygiene, forecasting discipline, technical enablement, and skills development.
• Provide technical leadership through solution architecture, technical validations, customer recommendations, and outcome planning.
• Share field insights and product feedback to improve roadmaps, messaging, enablement, and repeatable field practices.

Requirements

• 12+ years of overall experience, including 5 years of leadership experience.
• 8–10 years of relevant technical, field, pre-sales, architecture, or customer-facing infrastructure experience.
• Experience leading or managing technical teams and engaging Enterprise and Strategic customers.
• Technical fluency in hybrid data infrastructure, storage operations, observability, virtualization, capacity planning, automation, cyber resilience, and SaaS-based data services.
• Experience with enterprise storage ecosystems such as hirify.global, Pure Storage, HPE, Dell EMC, or VAST Data, and hypervisors including VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox, or Nutanix AHV.
• Strong English language skills required; willingness to travel and work in a hybrid environment required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Certifications or enablement in enterprise architecture, cloud, storage, security, observability, data services, SaaS operations, or hirify.global technologies.
• Knowledge of backup and recovery, disaster recovery, ransomware resilience, SAN/NAS storage, and business continuity.
• Additional language skills.
