Staff Product Manager (AI)

Location: Sunnyvale, California, United States; home office at 809 11th Ave

Annual salary: $143,000–$286,000 for the Sunnyvale location. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses and stock.

What you will do

• Lead strategy and execution for complex products from discovery through value realization.
• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, success metrics, and multi-quarter roadmaps.
• Use customer research, journey mapping, operational data, analytics, and experimentation to prioritize initiatives and improve product performance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and business partners on dependencies, risks, and delivery priorities.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and identify opportunities involving emerging technologies and AI-powered products.
• Mentor product managers and influence technical direction and product management practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related area and 7 years of product management experience, or 9 years of product management or related experience.
• Experience leading product strategy and roadmaps for complex or multiple related products.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional influence skills.
• Expertise in data-driven decision-making, advanced analytics, and experimentation.
• Experience defining product vision, success metrics, and go-to-market strategies.
• Onsite work in Sunnyvale, California, United States.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related area.
• Experience with consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B or B2C products.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, digital accessibility, and inclusive product design.
