What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for an enterprise AI Agent Platform.
• Lead cross-functional product teams through the full lifecycle from concept to launch and continued iteration.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to inform product decisions.
• Define requirements, manage the backlog, prioritize initiatives, and deliver timely, high-quality releases.
• Monitor product metrics, optimize user experience and business outcomes, and manage rollout, segmentation, and adoption.
• Partner with technology leaders on secure, resilient, performant, and scalable platform architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience delivering successful products in fast-paced environments.
• Understanding of AI agent technologies and platforms, market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
