Associate, Rotational Program (Waltham, MA)

Location: Waltham, MA - Headquarters; candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Starting salary: $92,500 per year, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Rotate through advisory practice areas including Evidence, Value, Access & Pricing, Commercial Strategy, Insights/Primary Market Research, and Centers of Excellence.
• Conduct secondary research using healthcare databases to analyze drug pricing, clinical pipelines, and marketplace dynamics.
• Design, develop, and use analytical tools such as forecast models to support client decision-making.
• Coordinate and conduct primary market research with physicians, patients, payers, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Interpret and synthesize clinical, scientific, and business data, presenting findings to project teams and clients.
• Develop presentations and other client deliverables in collaboration with project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 0–2 years of experience in consulting or relevant areas of the life sciences industry.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship is required; sponsorship is not available for TN, H1-B, F-1, STEM OPT, or similar visas.
• Demonstrated interest in developing quantitative and analytical skills, with familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects.
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, rotational environment.
