Strategy Insights & Planning Associate Consultant - Intern (North America - University Students)

Location: Hybrid in Evanston, Illinois; Thousand Oaks, California; South San Francisco, California; Princeton, New Jersey; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; or New York, New York. Regular work combines working from home with on-site presence at client and hirify.global offices. Client-facing work requires travel as needed.

What you will do

• Use problem-solving frameworks to develop solutions for client business challenges.
• Structure and conduct market and desk research to generate insights for client decision-making.
• Design custom analyses using Excel, Access, Confirmit, and proprietary hirify.global software.
• Synthesize findings and communicate recommendations through written and oral presentations.
• Build client relationships, provide project updates, and support program planning, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
• Support project delivery, capability development, and the mentoring of Associates.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Must be starting the second-to-last year of a doctorate degree, with the internship taking place during the summer before the final year.
• Strong academic performance in analytic and quantitative coursework.
• Fluency in English, strong written and oral communication, attention to detail, and disciplined planning and organization.
• Initiative, adaptability, empathy, teamwork, problem-solving ability, and aptitude for team leadership.
