Field Service Technician (Entry Level) - Port St. Lucie, FL

Location: Port St. Lucie, Florida; candidates must live in the specified city and work onsite at customer locations.

Salary: $22.99–$25.84 per hour

What you will do

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain chemical dispensing equipment and other commercial foodservice or laundry equipment.
• Work independently in the field to deliver service and support customer retention.
• Use root cause analysis to diagnose issues involving electronics, plumbing, maintenance, and mechanical systems.
• Travel between customer accounts, spending approximately 30% of the workday driving in city, rural, and expressway conditions.
• Perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders and stairs, and working in hot, cold, dusty, or dirty warehouse environments.
• Provide on-call coverage, including occasional weekends, holidays, and night shifts.

Requirements

• Must live in the specified city and be eligible to work onsite at customer locations.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.
• Basic understanding of electronics, plumbing, maintenance, or mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot using root cause analysis and work with service tools and data.
• Proficiency with laptops, mobile phones, Salesforce, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
