Junior SharePoint Developer (Microsoft 365)

Location: Remote within the United States; U.S. citizenship required

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year, depending on experience

What you will do

• Analyze business requirements and design, develop, document, test, migrate, deploy, and support SharePoint solutions.
• Customize SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2016 using SPFx, React, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, ASP.NET, and Bootstrap.
• Build and support Web Parts, Web Services, workflows, custom pages, master pages, and page layouts.
• Develop workflows and business applications with Power Automate, Nintex, Power Apps, InfoPath, and Power BI.
• Write test cases, perform unit and comprehensive testing, troubleshoot issues, and correct defects before production deployment.
• Document solutions and support the development lifecycle using Git-based source control, Jira, GitLab, ServiceNow, CI/CD concepts, and Agile delivery methods.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Four or more years of hands-on SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online development and customization experience.
• Experience with custom pages and layouts, lists, document libraries, SPFx, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, React, ASP.NET, and Bootstrap.
• Experience or demonstrated capability with Power Apps, Power Automate, InfoPath, Nintex Forms, Nintex Workflows, and basic Power BI solutions.
• Ability to analyze requirements, develop and test solutions, migrate and deploy applications, and provide technical support.

Nice to have

• Experience building SharePoint sites, SPFx Web Parts, Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Nintex workflows, Power BI reports, or comparable Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Exposure to SharePoint Migration Tool, manual migrations, legacy-solution remediation, and site modernization.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 administration, Teams, Entra ID, Active Directory, Loop, or Copilot.
• Familiarity with AWS, Terraform, Docker, Splunk, enterprise deployments, or authorization processes.
• Microsoft fundamentals certification such as PL-900 or MS-900, or progress toward a relevant credential.
