Digital Experience Developer (Sitecore)

Location: 100% remote within the United States

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 annually

What you will do

• Build and maintain enterprise digital experiences on Sitecore XP, XM Cloud, and Sitecore Content Hub.
• Develop backend functionality with C#/.NET and Sitecore APIs.
• Implement headless digital experiences using JSS or Next.js and modern JavaScript.
• Design content models and integrations while addressing editor and marketer needs.
• Modernize legacy implementations and support Sitecore platform upgrades and XM Cloud migrations.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Sitecore deployments.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional development experience and at least 5 years of Sitecore development experience.
• Deep expertise in C#/.NET and Sitecore APIs.
• Strong understanding of Sitecore Helix architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Sitecore XP, XM, or XM Cloud.
• Experience with headless implementations using JSS or Next.js.
• Strong modern JavaScript, build tools, and CI/CD experience.

Nice to have

• Sitecore Certified Developer credentials.
• Experience with XM Cloud migrations and Sitecore Content Hub, CDP, or Personalize.
• Exposure to multi-brand or multi-region Sitecore deployments.
• Experience with Sitecore OrderCloud commerce integrations.
