Portfolio Manager - Datacenter Key Accounts

Location: Onsite five days a week in Irving, Texas; Alpharetta or Griffin, Georgia; or Lafayette, Indiana. Domestic travel of up to 30% and minimal international travel are required. Domestic relocation assistance is available.

Salary: $128,470–$192,710 per year.

What you will do

• Build relationships with global data center and technology accounts, internal stakeholders, dealers, and customers.
• Develop demand forecasts, demand signals, request-for-product methods, and long-term forecasting processes.
• Create project execution, risk management, contract management, and milestone-tracking strategies.
• Develop product pipeline governance to improve supply assurance and reduce operational risks.
• Define KPIs and standard operating procedures to measure execution success and customer satisfaction.
• Lead process-efficiency and data-automation initiatives with strategy and business-transformation teams.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent experience with more than 10 years of specific industry experience.
• Experience in project management, account management, or commercial and operational work on significant projects.
• Strong customer focus, industry knowledge, decision-making, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information and manage sensitive issues, escalations, and stakeholder alignment.
• Must work onsite in the office five days per week at one of the listed US locations.
• Visa sponsorship is not available; applicants requiring employer-tied sponsorship are not eligible.

Nice to have

• Experience with data center, technology, electric power, or related industrial sectors.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, and introducing new equipment applications, technologies, or distribution methods.
