CLN Maintenance Technician (Days)

Location: USA - New York - Malta; onsite at the Malta Fab 8 facility. Alternating 12-hour day shifts are scheduled across three or four days, with occasional flexibility for night shifts.

Salary: $43,100–$70,600 per year.

What you will do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on assigned semiconductor equipment.
• Monitor, control, and test equipment for manufacturing readiness.
• Recover equipment after process interruptions, document events, and complete shift handoffs.
• Review Statistical Process Control charts and troubleshoot out-of-control conditions and defects.
• Develop and improve operating procedures and participate in training and continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with production team members, area engineers, and lead technicians while supporting environmental, health, safety, and security programs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Electrical or mechanical background through a two-year technical degree, two years of relevant military experience, or four years of relevant experience.
• English fluency in written and verbal communication.
• Basic computer skills, including Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom while wearing required semiconductor cleanroom clothing.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift equipment and tools, and work flexible alternating shifts.
