Facilities Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Wenatchee, Washington, United States; Workplace: On-site; graveyard shift supporting 24/7 operations

Salary: $28–$38 per hour

Develops single-crystal diamond wafers for AI and cloud computing, electric-vehicle power electronics, and 5G/6G wireless applications through low-emission manufacturing.

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance, basic repairs, and corrective maintenance on mechanical and HVAC equipment.
• Maintain CDA compressors, deionized-water systems, process cooling water, process gas supply, UPS systems, exhaust, and make-up air systems.
• Complete daily checklists, walkthroughs, equipment readings, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Respond urgently and promptly to alarms affecting critical support equipment.
• Write procedures and checklists while assisting with maintenance training.
• Work hands-on at the manufacturing site and collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• At least 3 years of hands-on facilities experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic data analysis and visualization experience using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Daily, punctual attendance at the Wenatchee job site is required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment verification is conducted through E-Verify.
• Ability to use PPE, climb a 20-foot ladder with fall protection, and lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.

• Experience in data center operations or technology manufacturing environments.
