Sales Engineer II (Healthcare)

Location: New York, New York, United States; onsite

Base salary: $130,000–$160,000 per year, depending on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Lead presales customer engagements, including technical discovery, product and use-case demos, RFPs, solution scoping, integration scoping, and proof-of-concepts.
• Drive enterprise customer integrations by building reference applications, prototypes, and architecture diagrams.
• Develop code samples, integrations, and web or mobile applications across multiple languages and frameworks.
• Support customers during presales, proof-of-concept, and integration phases by troubleshooting coding issues and implementation patterns.
• Create and maintain public and internal documentation and serve as an expert on integrating and using the hirify.global identity platform.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to incorporate customer feedback and healthcare trends into the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in sales engineering, solution engineering, or solution consulting.
• At least 2 years of experience in health systems or healthtech.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent software development or technical sales experience.
• Strong development experience with one or more full-stack technologies, including web or mobile front ends and supporting back ends.
• Understanding of the full software development lifecycle, application architecture patterns, developer tooling, APIs, and web and mobile technologies.
• Excellent English communication skills are required, including the ability to explain complex technical details in accessible language.
