Associate Field Marketing Specialist (Healthcare)

Location: Remote in the United States, representing the University of Texas at Arlington in San Antonio and Austin across Southeast Texas. Requires at least 75% domestic travel and participation in in-person events throughout Texas.

What you will do

• Market online advanced healthcare degree programs offered by the University of Texas at Arlington.
• Develop and manage a geographic territory to increase brand awareness, interest, and qualified leads.
• Organize and facilitate recruiting events, information sessions, conferences, and educational events.
• Build relationships with healthcare leaders and employers to establish partnerships and gain access to recruitment sessions.
• Support B2B sessions, live event preparation, territory management, and employer account acquisition.
• Use permitted social media and marketing campaigns to promote program offerings and event details.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of sales experience or transferable experience in a related field.
• Strong organizational, time-management, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage a large geographic area and meet monthly lead goals.
• Ability to engage effectively with nurses, healthcare workers, undergraduate students, and healthcare decision-makers.
• Professional success and continuous career growth, preferably in healthcare.
• Availability for at least 75% domestic travel and in-person events throughout Texas.

Nice to have

• Basic reporting and data organization skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Experience with brand promotion and lead generation activities.
• Bachelor’s degree.
