Field Marketing Specialist (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, but must reside in Austin or San Antonio, Texas, within a commutable distance of the University of Texas at Arlington. Requires at least 75% domestic travel across the assigned Texas territory.

What you will do

• Promote the University of Texas at Arlington’s online healthcare and undergraduate degree programs throughout Texas.
• Develop and manage a geographic territory to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and expand enrollment opportunities.
• Organize and facilitate 15 recruitment events each month, including 10 live events and 5 additional events or activities.
• Attend regional and state conferences to network with administrators, generate leads, and build relationships for future events.
• Build partnerships with healthcare facilities and professionals across healthcare disciplines to gain access to recruitment sessions.
• Use marketing campaigns and social media tools to expand recruiting efforts and communicate regional workforce trends to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of sales or higher-education experience related to healthcare.
• Strong organizational, time-management, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, stay self-motivated, and achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications, CRM systems, and Salesforce.
• Ability to manage a large geographic area and travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Must reside in Austin or San Antonio, Texas, and be within commuting distance of the University of Texas at Arlington.

• Basic reporting and data organization skills.
• Experience with brand promotion and lead generation.
• At least 2 years of healthcare experience.
