Product Manager, Finance Management - Quick Commerce (Fintech)

Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid work with attendance at the Berlin campus 2 days a week

What you will do

• Define the vision and strategic roadmap for finance automation and end-to-end funding collection.
• Build core services for financial transparency, payment flows, invoice processing, and three-way matching.
• Drive commercial rebates, promo funding collection, and integrations with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Gather user feedback, identify operational needs, and improve invoice-matching workflows.
• Specify product requirements, maintain the validated backlog, and co-own delivery timelines with the Engineering Manager.
• Align Finance, Operations, Commercial, Engineering, and regional stakeholders while managing trade-offs and business impact.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience and a record of leading initiatives from conception to launch.
• Experience building user-facing products, complex internal tools, financial systems, or marketplace and e-commerce backends.
• Ability to discuss system architecture, API design, and data flows for high-frequency transaction, reconciliation, or compliance-driven systems.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven, detail-oriented approach to prioritization and product decisions.
• Ability to work effectively with engineering and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
