A400M Retrofit & MRO Sevilla Production Quality Aircraft Manager (Temp Agency)

Location: Sevilla Area, Seville (San Pablo), Spain; on-site support with possible morning/afternoon shift rotation

What you will do

• Support aircraft reception, modification, testing, and delivery phases on site.
• Verify activity execution and attest the related documentation.
• Resolve on-site blocking issues and support documentation delivery to customers.
• Answer customer questions and coordinate quality activities and resources.
• Secure On Quality, On Time, and On Cost performance under PERAM 145 requirements.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, the quality management system, and company standards.

Requirements

• Professional experience in quality assurance, preferably in aerospace MRO.
• Experience managing people and resolving conflicts.
• Advanced English and Spanish required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to propose new ideas.
• Ability to work with new topics, new business areas, and networked teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with MRO regulations.
• Experience interacting with military or aviation authorities.
• German or French language skills.
