HO Flight Line Maintenance Manager (C295)

Location: Matacán Air Base, Salamanca, Spain; the role includes onsite flight line and base maintenance activities and occasional national travel to Airbus facilities or client sites.

What you will do

• Manage, coordinate, and certify scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for the C295 fleet.
• Lead local maintenance teams across line and base maintenance operations.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, and Aircraft Maintenance Working Party procedures.
• Oversee daily line maintenance and resolve technical issues affecting fleet readiness.
• Coordinate scheduled base maintenance events with planning, engineering, and support teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Almost five years of aircraft maintenance and MRO experience, including leadership in a similar MRO position.
• Strong team management, decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Advanced Spanish proficiency in written and spoken communication.
• In-depth knowledge of aircraft maintenance procedures, regulatory frameworks, AM Working Party procedures, and production control.
• Availability for occasional national travel.

Nice to have

• EASA Part-66 License, preferably Category C.
• Hands-on experience with the C295 platform.
• Fluent English.
