A330 MRTT B1/B2 Aircraft Maintenance Technician

Location: Getafe, Madrid, Spain. The role is onsite at the A330 MRTT Final Assembly Line and includes double-shift work and travel to customer sites abroad during aircraft deliveries and ground or flight test campaigns.

What you will do

• Prepare, perform, and certify base and line maintenance as B2 certifying staff.
• Prepare A330 MRTT aircraft for flight using Test Preparation Sheets and support ground and flight test campaigns.
• Perform production, retrofit electrical, and aircraft testing work according to technical instructions, service bulletins, and job cards.
• Diagnose and resolve aircraft discrepancies, technical problems, and troubleshooting findings after testing.
• Record maintenance work and ensure job traceability and compliance with high quality and safety standards.
• Support aircraft deliveries at customer sites abroad.

Requirements

• EASA Part 66 Category B2 aircraft maintenance license without limitations is required; EMAR/FR 66 experience is relevant.
• Previous Airbus aircraft maintenance experience on A330 aircraft with RR Trent 700 and/or GE CF6 engines.
• Extensive experience in test execution and troubleshooting.
• Fluent English and negotiation-level Spanish.
• Ability to read and understand technical data, manufacturer maintenance manuals, and instructions in English.
• Knowledge of aircraft health and safety procedures, computer literacy, and willingness to obtain national and NATO security clearance.
