Senior Learning Manager (All Genders) - Maternity/Parental Leave Cover (AI)

Location: Berlin, Germany; fixed-term 12-month maternity/parental leave cover

What you will do

• Design, launch, manage, and coordinate tailored learning programs, including monthly tech onboarding.
• Build Tech Academy roadmaps aligned with evolving business priorities.
• Assess current and future learning needs across technical roles and define success metrics.
• Use data-driven evaluation to measure learning effectiveness, optimise offerings, and demonstrate business impact.
• Partner with senior tech leaders and subject matter experts to create learning products using instructional design and adult learning methods.
• Build a strong learning culture through communications, internal tech conferences, and community events.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and scaling corporate learning programs with knowledge of L&D and AI methodologies.
• Experience in tech organisations and strong technical literacy; an engineering background or understanding of software concepts is beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, public speaking, and facilitation skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English is required.

Nice to have

• Degree in education, human resources, or equivalent practical experience.
• Background in engineering or solid understanding of software and technical concepts.
• Familiarity with online learning platforms and L&D tools such as Workday Learning.
