Location: Kassel, Germany; hybrid working options available
Salary: €18.90 gross per hour

What you will do
- Support the administration and continuous improvement of the SuccessFactors Learning platform.
- Coordinate virtual and classroom-based training programmes, including communications, registrations and evaluations.
- Provide operational support for global learning initiatives, workshops and events.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external trainers and service providers to ensure smooth programme delivery.
- Collect and analyse participant feedback and learning data to support continuous improvement.
- Suggest improvements that enhance employee learning experiences and engagement.
Requirements
- Current enrolment at a recognised university in Germany is required, with student status maintained throughout employment.
- Studies in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Psychology, Communications, Organisational Development, Project Management, Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach.
- Confident use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
- Excellent written and spoken English is required.
- Proactive, collaborative and eager to learn, with a positive attitude and strong team spirit.
