Senior Global Talent Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Melsungen, Hessen, Germany; the position can also be located at any hirify.global location.

What you will do

• Advance global talent, performance, and succession management approaches, governance, processes, and KPIs.
• Improve talent visibility and strengthen leadership pipelines for critical roles.
• Develop global career architecture, career development frameworks, and international internal mobility programs.
• Implement a global skills framework aligned with business strategy and integrate skills into talent processes using digital and AI-supported solutions.
• Lead global People Development projects from concept through implementation, including stakeholder alignment and change adoption.
• Monitor results through people analytics, KPIs, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in multinational organizations developing skills-based workforce and talent solutions.
• Experience designing and implementing global HR frameworks, programs, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of talent management, succession planning, leadership development, skills-based talent approaches, and workforce capability development.
• Experience with HR technologies, ideally SAP SuccessFactors and talent-related digital solutions, plus strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Business-fluent English, written and spoken, is required; willingness to travel internationally is expected.
