What you will do

• Lead data security strategy for the Databricks Lakehouse platform.
• Define and deliver external and internal controls for privacy, confidentiality, digital sovereignty, and regulatory obligations.
• Build network and data security policy models that protect customer workloads and data while reducing unauthorized access and data-loss risks.
• Partner with privacy, legal, security, engineering, sales, marketing, solution architecture, and customer success teams.
• Drive anonymization, retention, data residency, encryption, and confidential compute capabilities.
• Refine security technologies and customer experiences across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience with enterprise B2B or SaaS products.
• Experience delivering successful customer-facing products or features.
• Expertise in data security, data privacy, and encryption.
• Ability to define success metrics, translate customer input into requirements, and communicate product value clearly.
• Experience partnering with senior engineering leaders and understanding complex technical concepts.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives through influence.
