Staff Product Manager (Data Platform)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product management process for the Databricks Runtime team.
• Gather customer requirements and translate them into features for cloud data governance and petabyte-scale data processing.
• Define long-term product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, and OKRs.
• Work with engineering and internal stakeholders to deliver polished, market-ready products.
• Coordinate product launches with product marketing through blog posts, release notes, and webinars.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
• Experience in product management, including inbound, outbound, and cross-functional processes.
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Strong data analysis and operationalization skills, including SQL, rollups, and operational dashboards.
