What you will do

• Develop revenue-generating go-to-market strategies for payments, products, and managed services.
• Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns from planning through performance analysis.
• Identify new business, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities using customer and market data.
• Build lead-capture, marketing automation, and nurturing workflows that support MQL and SQL generation.
• Create sales enablement materials, case studies, thought leadership content, and product messaging.
• Manage industry events, trade shows, sponsorships, partner initiatives, vendors, and post-event lead follow-up.

Requirements

• Excellent written, technical writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex product information into clear customer-facing content.
• Critical-thinking, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with documentation publishing tools such as Confluence and Jira.
• Competence with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work from Wallingford, Oxfordshire, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Background in engineering or computer science.
• Professional or creative writing experience.
• Creative design and video editing skills.
