Operations Support Manager - Studios (Broadcast Operations)

Location: Hybrid role based in Osterley, London, with 3 days per week in the office. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

Requirements

• Experience leading and developing teams, including performance management.
• Experience in broadcast operations and operational delivery.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience in people development and training.
• Ability to empower and inspire a high-performing team.
