Local Trial Manager - Sponsor Dedicated (Clinical Research)

Location: Athens, Greece; occasional business travel required

What you will do

• Manage assigned clinical trials at country level and track timelines, patient recruitment, and enrollment targets.
• Coordinate country teams, vendors, external service providers, and study-related contracts and budgets.
• Maintain trial management systems, essential documents, financial reports, and inspection readiness.
• Support health authority and ethics committee approvals, audits, inspections, and implementation of CAPA plans.
• Monitor adverse event and serious adverse event reporting, informed consent documentation, and subject safety.
• Work with global and clinical project leads on recruitment strategy, contingency planning, quality, and compliance.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in life science.
• At least 5 years of clinical research experience in the pharmaceutical industry or CRO, including 1–3 years of local clinical trial management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, ICH guidelines, and applicable clinical research regulations.
• Fluent Greek at C1 level and good command of English required.
• Strong IT, decision-making, financial management, and virtual team management skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for business meetings.

Nice to have

• Therapeutic experience in oncology or hematology.
