Senior Software Engineer (React)

Salary: $185,587–$234,000 per year, plus annual or quarterly performance incentives.

What you will do

• Assess business and customer requirements, identify gaps and risks, and contribute to user stories and solution designs.
• Design and implement scalable application components using appropriate languages, frameworks, development standards, and tools.
• Build automation scripts and CI/CD workflows while applying security, availability, maintainability, and scalability requirements.
• Create test objectives and cases, execute functional and regression testing, and analyze and resolve defects.
• Diagnose performance and availability bottlenecks using application logs, metrics, tracing, profiling, and observability tools.
• Perform application maintenance, re-engineering, change evaluation, and milestone tracking.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 2 years of large-scale enterprise software development experience, or a bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience.
• Experience developing web and mobile applications with React, React Native, JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux, Next.js, Node.js, Fastify, Webpack, Babel, Git, Figma, and Nx monorepos.
• Experience designing scalable software architectures, integrating typed GraphQL queries and mutations, and applying JavaScript design patterns.
• Experience with Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library, TestCafe, Cypress, Appium, NightwatchJS, and automated end-to-end testing.
• Experience with accessibility, including WCAG, ARIA patterns, screen readers, responsive HTML, CSS-in-JS, and automated accessibility audits.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools, CI/CD automation, Docker-based builds, Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Confluence.
