Automation Strategy Analyst (NCG)

What you will do

• Support warehouse automation solutions for material handling, sorting, inventory, and broader logistics workflows.
• Participate in feasibility studies, business cases, prototyping, and validation testing.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, IT teams, external partners, and vendors to integrate and deploy automation systems.
• Lead change initiatives and contribute to global automation scale-up programs.
• Own parts of the automation strategy roadmap and report execution results to management.
• Help ensure reliability, safety, and performance in high-volume operational environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Robotics, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with robotic arms and end-of-arm tooling.
• Exposure to robotics system integration and testing in operational environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative settings.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation programs in logistics or manufacturing.
• Experience automating large-scale warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of robotics programming and simulation tools.
