Production Associate II (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Set up and operate automatic and semiautomatic machines in continuous production and processing operations.
• Monitor production controls, meters, gauges, valves, temperatures, pressures, and flow ratios.
• Assemble mechanical units, fabricated components, and electrical or electronic systems using hand tools, power tools, jigs, and fixtures.
• Install, modify, move, troubleshoot, repair, and dismantle machinery and production equipment.
• Set up, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
• Follow engineering drawings, blueprints, work orders, Manufacturing Assembly Procedures, SOPs, and other production specifications.

Requirements

• Experience operating and setting up production or processing equipment.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, work orders, and SOPs.
• Practical knowledge of mechanical assemblies, circuits, components, and instruments.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures, and related manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to monitor process parameters and troubleshoot machinery and assemblies.
