Inventory Supervisor

Location: Olive Branch, Mississippi, USA; 100% onsite. Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, with overtime, weekends, and emergency call-ins as needed.

What you will do

• Coordinate daily inventory control tasks, follow-ups, deadlines, and shift handoffs.
• Perform and approve inventory adjustments within authorized tolerances and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Report cycle counts, audits, backorders, and validation results in daily management meetings and scorecards.
• Maintain associate attendance, PTO, vacation, and shift records in ADP.
• Coach, counsel, evaluate, interview, hire, and train inventory control associates.
• Prepare schedules, assign duties, direct work, and enforce safety, quality, attendance, and customer service standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of management experience and 6+ years of inventory experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with cycle counting, inventory operations, Acrobat, and Oracle.
• Order picker lift certification and experience with order pickers or stand-up forklifts.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; reliable transportation and the ability to work onsite in Olive Branch are required.

Nice to have

• Reach or dock stocker lift certification.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
