Junior Associate Director, Client Trade Operations

What you will do

• Oversee daily client trading activities and ensure trading deadlines are met.
• Coordinate subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and capital commitments.
• Review trade documentation, manage settlements, and resolve trading exceptions.
• Work with clients, investment managers, fund administrators, custodians, and internal stakeholders.
• Support AML/KYC due diligence, fund expense invoices, payments, reporting, and departmental projects.
• Identify process improvements, contribute to automation and system enhancements, and coach team members.

Requirements

• Experience in fund order desk, fund dealing, client trading, investment operations, trade operations, custody operations, or a similar environment.
• Strong understanding of fund subscriptions, redemptions, settlements, and investor trading activity.
• Knowledge of AML/KYC and operational controls in a regulated financial services environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and support team development.
