Project Manager - Research and Development (Robotics)

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects involving hardware and software engineering, product management, procurement, sales, manufacturing, and senior leadership.
• Manage projects from concept through launch and closure, maintaining scope, timelines, deliverables, resources, and quality standards.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, action items, decisions, KPIs, and project documentation.
• Run project meetings, provide stakeholder updates, and prepare business reviews for senior executives.
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers during design and development activities.
• Support compliance with the Product Development Process, regulatory requirements, and quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of project management experience and 3–5 years of cumulative experience working on or managing projects.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines, take direction, and work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Approximately 10% travel or less as needed.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar project management software.
• PMP certification.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 compliance.
