Associate Director PMI (Post-Merger Integration)

What you will do

• Develop and implement integration and carve-out capabilities across people, technology, processes, and governance.
• Drive post-merger integration and carve-out projects from setup and planning through due diligence, Sign-to-Close, and post-close execution.
• Support negotiations involving SPAs, APAs, TSAs, and ancillary agreements.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and external partners throughout the full integration and carve-out lifecycle.
• Provide senior management with clear recommendations and secure buy-in on integration and carve-out matters.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business administration, finance, life sciences, or a related field.
• In-depth experience in post-merger integrations, carve-outs, M&A, corporate development, transaction management, finance, or strategy.
• Strong analytical and financial expertise, with excellent project management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and external partners while working assertively and collaboratively.
• Structured, pragmatic approach to ambiguity, pressure, and competing priorities.
• Business-fluent English required.
