Senior Business Process Lead - Supply & Material Planning (SAP S/4HANA)

What you will do

• Own the strategic EMEA Supply & Material Planning process framework across six manufacturing sites, including demand translation, MRP, capacity planning, replenishment, and planning governance.
• Define and monitor KPIs for service, inventory, planning accuracy, adherence, and cost, then lead cross-site corrective actions.
• Lead regional change initiatives, coach local planning teams, and support sustainable adoption across functions and sites.
• Lead process design, fit-gap assessments, solution validation, and business-readiness activities during the transition from multiple ERP systems to SAP S/4HANA.
• Direct data, process, and system migration requirements and drive simplification, automation, and digital enablement through S/4HANA and IBP integration.
• Act as the escalation point for complex process issues, trade-off decisions, and cross-functional alignment challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in supply planning, material planning, manufacturing operations, or supply chain process leadership in a multinational environment.
• Strong expertise in MRP, production planning, material management, and end-to-end supply planning.
• Deep working knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience leading regional or enterprise-wide process harmonization, ERP transformation, or operating model redesign initiatives.
• Fluent English required; additional European languages are an asset.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP IBP and/or GIB.
• Additional European language skills.
