Senior Index Sales (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Develop and execute commercial strategies targeting institutional investors across Europe.
• Originate and close benchmark licensing opportunities and secure index mandates across ETFs, structured products, funds, certificates, mandates, and model portfolios.
• Build senior relationships with asset managers, asset owners, ETF issuers, banks, insurers, wealth managers, private banks, and structured products providers.
• Create strategic account plans, manage sales pipelines, forecast revenue, and coordinate complex RFP processes.
• Identify market opportunities across thematic investing, quantitative strategies, ESG, active ETFs, and custom benchmarks.
• Partner with Index Design, Research, Product Management, and Engineering to develop benchmark solutions and represent hirify.global at industry events.

Requirements

• At least eight years of experience in index sales, benchmark licensing, ETF sales, investment solutions, structured products, market data, or related institutional financial services.
• Proven track record of revenue generation, mandate acquisition, and managing multi-stakeholder sales processes from origination to close.
• Established senior network within the institutional investment community across Europe.
• Strong knowledge of index licensing, ETF product development, institutional asset management, structured products, wealth management, insurance investment products, and custom, thematic, factor, and ESG indices.
• Fluent English is required; French or German is preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• CFA, CAIA, or another relevant professional qualification.
• French or German language skills.
