Senior Auditor/Audit Supervisor Market Risk

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid work between home and the office, with travel for international audits where required.

What you will do

• Perform and lead complex audits across Market Risk Management, Treasury, and related financial risk areas.
• Assess end-to-end risk management processes, governance, controls, models, methodologies, and management information.
• Review controls coverhirify.global tradhirify.global book and bankhirify.global book risk management, counterparty credit risk, valuation, liquidity, fundhirify.global, and capital management.
• Define audit scope, develop testhirify.global, identify key risks, and formulate clear, evidence-based findhirify.globals.
• Challenge management constructively and communicate audit outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.
• Share specialist knowledge, support colleagues, and contribute to audit plannhirify.global and continuous risk monitorhirify.global.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of relevant experience in market risk management and/or internal audit within a major bank, financial institution, consultancy, or audit environment.
• Academic degree; a relevant qualification such as FRM, CFA, PRM, or CIA is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of market risk processes, risk measurement, tradhirify.global products, and the regulatory environment for financial risk management.
• Experience with areas such as tradhirify.global risk, counterparty credit risk, valuation, ICAAP, ILAAP, fundhirify.global and liquidity risk, capital management, IRRBB, CSRBB, or Asset & Liability Management.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills, audit judgement, professional scepticism, analytical ability, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willhirify.globalness to travel for international audits and work in a hybrid setup from Amsterdam.
