Fixed Assets Manager

What you will do

• Own and maintain the fixed asset register, including acquisitions, disposals, transfers, depreciation, and related transactions.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual fixed asset close activities, reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting.
• Coordinate fixed asset stock counts and control procedures across business units.
• Partner with procurement, FP&A, finance, operational, and logistics teams to improve purchasing and capitalization processes.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to requests.
• Improve automation, accounting workflows, systems integrations, and reporting across platforms such as NetSuite and BlackLine.

Requirements

• 6+ years of accounting experience, including substantial hands-on fixed asset accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, fixed asset accounting principles, SOX, and internal control frameworks.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite or similar financial platforms.
• Ability to manage high transaction volumes, meet tight deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting and reconciliation tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in process automation, finance transformation, or ERP and systems integrations.
• Experience with BlackLine or similar reconciliation and close management tools.
• Background in a multinational, high-growth, or technology-driven company.
• Big Four or external audit experience.
• Experience supporting SOX compliance in a public-company environment.
