What you will do

• Support product regulatory compliance programs for EXD products and help manage compliance risks.
• Monitor product and technology regulatory requirements and apply them to hirify.global products.
• Collect, assess, and manage information supporting product certification and compliance.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities for compliance processes and tools.
• Collaborate with engineering, product groups, design control, operations, legal teams, and external authorities to support market access.
• Help ensure product development, validation, and production meet applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes.
• Understanding of product development methods and engineering best practices for hardware products and components.
• Knowledge of risk management processes and tools.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to collaborate constructively with diverse individuals and groups.
