Engineer, Mechanical Engineering (HVAC)

Location: Taicang, Jiangsu, China; onsite five days per week

What you will do

• Learn product structures, components, and mechanical design principles to maintain accurate aftermarket information.
• Maintain and update product information systems for data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Review customer feedback and service issues, converting insights into system updates and documentation improvements.
• Support product releases through scheduled database maintenance aligned with engineering changes.
• Provide technical support for aftermarket product questions using system data and engineering knowledge.
• Collaborate with engineering, service, product management, and other cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve system usability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Ability to quickly learn existing product knowledge and mechanical systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Taicang five days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with product information systems, data management, or aftermarket support.
