Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid from the Berlin HQ, London office, or Iași hub. Relocation assistance is not provided.

What you will do

• Design, build, and operate the distributed execution engine that runs customer workflows.
• Develop backend services in Python on AWS, including Lambda functions, DynamoDB, Aurora, and event-driven pipelines handling production traffic.
• Work on AI initiatives such as MCP servers and agentic copilots, using agentic AI tools in daily development.
• Improve latency, reliability, and scalability across critical backend systems.
• Own features end to end, including implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and engineering colleagues on product direction, architecture, and technical trade-offs.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional full-stack software engineering experience delivering moderately complex projects or features.
• Professional experience with React and Design Systems.
• Experience with AWS serverless services at scale, including Lambda, SAM, CloudFormation, DynamoDB, or Aurora.
• Familiarity with system design concepts and architectural trade-offs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model from Berlin, London, or Iași.
