Junior Banking Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support daily virtual banking operations, including virtual account activity and transaction monitoring.
• Maintain mappings of virtual account providers, banking products, payment schemes, corridors, currencies, fees, access routes, and settlement timing.
• Review banking data to identify trends, discrepancies, operational issues, risks, and process gaps.
• Support onboarding and ongoing maintenance of virtual banking products and services.
• Prepare reports, presentations, summaries, and updates for internal stakeholders and external counterparties.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Product, Client Services, and Technology teams on service delivery and process improvement.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a banking analyst.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience working with data, reports, and operational processes.
• Good understanding of banking, payments, virtual accounts, or financial operations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
