Associate, Investments, Infrastructure AI

What you will do

• Develop detailed financial models and return analyses for investments across data centers, compute hardware, power, and connectivity.
• Support or lead financial, operational, legal, and tax due diligence for infrastructure transactions.
• Prepare investment committee materials, bid letters, transaction documentation, and deal structures.
• Contribute to deal origination, business development, networking, and relationship-building.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, transition, legal, tax, and structuring teams on transaction execution and asset management.
• Conduct market research and help develop investment theses for emerging AI infrastructure opportunities.

Requirements

• Exceptional analytical skills and advanced financial modelling capabilities.
• Experience in investment banking, restructuring, TMT, infrastructure investments, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong interest in AI investment strategies and relevant experience in AI, infrastructure, or private equity considered an asset.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, collaboration, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, adapt to shifting priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
