Senior Solution Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Define the product vision, positioning, roadmap, and long-term strategy for the o9 FP&A platform.
• Gather stakeholder and customer requirements, write product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and prioritize features by business value and feasibility.
• Design end-to-end financial planning solutions, implementation blueprints, business processes, data requirements, and platform architectures.
• Configure, test, deploy, and monitor FP&A, RGM, IBP, DP, and SP solutions, including integrations with ERP, PLM, database, spreadsheet, and other data sources.
• Lead financial modeling, predictive analytics, statistical analysis, optimization, simulations, data visualizations, and resolution of functional and technical issues.
• Oversee Solution Architects and Consultants, collaborate with engineering, R&D, UX, client stakeholders, and consultants, and deliver training and enablement for global users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the offered role or a related occupation.
• Experience implementing financial planning and performance management solutions, including forecasting, budgeting, reporting, analytics, and short-, mid-, and long-range planning.
• Experience with EPM platforms such as SAP BPC, SAP SAC, Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion, OneStream, and Tagetik, as well as SAP HANA, SAP BW, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise implementations using Agile methodologies and working with SQL Server, MySQL, SQL, MDX, and T-SQL.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, modeling, and executive-level presentations.
